New ADA Claim Form is now part of Tops

New Gender Assignment

The new ADA Claim Form includes a new checkbox for “unknown” gender. And no worries, your Employer Policies will be updated to default to the new ADA Claim form. You will not have to do a thing!

If your practice is using Tops v9.1 or higher, you will be updated automatically when it is released. If you are using topsOrtho version 8.1.8 or lower, we’ll need some info before we can update you. Please coordinate this update with us by contacting colleen.hall@topsortho.com
