Important Notice: Migration to Tops DPX for Reminders Access
We want to inform you about an upcoming migration to Tops DPX as a replacement for our current Reminders system. This transition will take place over the next several weeks, and we wanted to provide you with the necessary information and instructions to ensure a smooth transition.
Migration Details
Our team will be reaching out to each practice individually to assist with the migration process. Our team will provide step-by-step guidance and address any concerns or questions you may have during the transition.
Impact on Workstations
It is important to note that the migration to Tops DPX requires a minimum macOS version of 10.15.7 or higher. Workstations running an older macOS version will lose access to Reminders until they are updated to at least macOS 10.15.7. To avoid any disruption in service, we highly recommend updating your workstations that will access Tops DPX to the required macOS version as soon as possible.

- Please check the macOS version on your workstation(s) using Tops DPX to ensure they meet the minimum requirement of 10.15.7 or higher.
- If your workstation(s) are running an older macOS version, please update to macOS 10.15.7 or higher at your earliest convenience.
