Exporting Patients and Account Holders

Select Matrix from the menubar > Patients > Enter topsOrtho password if prompted.

Note: the matrix options require a staff privilege to access.  You can find access via topsOrtho > Practice Setup > Staff Security > and check the box to allow access to Patient Matrix.

Check the box beside Current Patient/Dismissed and choose from the drop-down option > Current Only and click the blue Search button 

 

From the column header, double arrows choose options from the drop-down to customize your view.

    

Click the export button in the top right corner then click on Export to a spreadsheet and enter the password when prompted. 

  

A sheet will drop asking to name the file and choose to save the export file to your desktop.  The file will export as a .txt file.

You can right-click on the file from your desktop and select Open With… and choose to open with Numbers or Excel as a spreadsheet.

Select primary and secondary account holders > all doctors > locations > active accounts   

Click the export button in the top right corner then click on Export to spreadsheet and enter password when prompted.
