To help you with patient communication, we are borrowing a piece from a project we’ve been working on!
We have extended the complimentary use of bulk email now until October 31, 2020,
practices that use our appointment reminder service can send two email blasts per month to all current patients.
If you don't currently use our Appointment Reminders, please contact us to get started!
Instructions for “ALL Current Patients” Email Blast:
- Click the Comm menu ->Appointment Reminders.
2. At the top right of the window, click the Alert Schedule Patients tab.
3. In the list at the right side of the window, click the top item All Current Patients (Temporary).
4. At the bottom right of the window, click the EMAIL SELECTION button.
5. Type the subject of your email.
6. Type or paste the message you want to send to all current patients. (format your message as needed)
7. At the top right of the window, click the circular, magenta send button.
7. You will receive a pop-up window to confirm send and notifying you of your remaining amount of email blasts for that month. If everything looks correct, click SEND THE MESSAGE.
