Revised Dates for Release of Tops eClaims

The first phase of the Tops eClaims submission process is currently in user acceptance testing. The testing uncovered an unforeseen technical challenge that our development team is actively working to resolve. We expect this fix to be complete by Monday, July 1st, 2024. We will then begin live beta testing in production with expected roll out later in July 2024.

 

Ensuring the eClaims submission process meets our high standards for performance and reliability is our top priority, and we are committed to delivering a seamless experience once it's ready. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on our progress and provide an estimated timeline for when the feature will be available.

Change Healthcare Connections Temporarily Suspended

The cyber security incident for our partner, Change Healthcare, continues. Though no additional information has been made available, Tops is continuing to monitor the situation closely. Claims, ERAs and eligibility requests remain suspended. We will update this P1nk Page as well as our Tops Facebook Users Group as new information becomes available.

Update February 22, 2024

One of our partners, Change Healthcare, is experiencing a cyber security incident presently (read more here: Change Healthcare Status Page). Although no known impact to customer claim data has been communicated, Tops is suspending all connections to Change Healthcare out of an abundance of caution. There is no threat to the Tops system, and our Security & Compliance team are in contact with Change Healthcare and continue to monitor the situation closely. We will share updates as major developments occur, but until this incident is resolved by Change Healthcare, claims, ERAs and eligibility requests will continue to be suspended.
